House Rules Apartments

Happy you chosen to be our guest please take note of the house rules

    •    No smoking

    •    No animals

    •    No parties 

Check in : From 4.00 pm to 08.00 pm         

Check out: At 10.00 am

Please take note of the security aspects we would like you to read, to reassure you during your stay with us

    •    Covid-19: hands - face - space

    •    It is not allowed to receive guests either than who is staying and registered as a guest 

    •    Swimming pool : open hours: 8.00-18.00, regulation authorizes us not to have a lifeguard, but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult responsable for the kid

    •    It is not allowed to light fires or the fireplaces, neither eat inside the spaces in common of the main Villa.

    •    In the common areas there are closed-circuit cameras accessibile only according to the law and in respect of your privacy

Please note we respect you and your holiday

    •    Please avoid loud noises  from 10.00 pm  to 8.00 am 

Please note we count on your good habits

    •    Please take your time to wash and tidy up the kitchen like you found it on your arrival. Thank you. If instead you prefer to leave it to us please note there will be an extra charge of € 25.

    •     Please also take care of the waste. Instructions will be given on arrival. If instead you prefer to leave it to us note there will be an extra € 5.

    •    Please turn off lights and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment

    •    Please take note there is not a safe in the apartment, will not be able to take responsability of your belonings.
